Who can use this site?
This site is open to both legal professionals and the general public.
Are these forms free?
Yes.
How do I complete a form?
Simply select the form you require; fill in the necessary details; then click the submit button. The completed form is emailed to you.
What format are the forms in?
A form in both PDF and Microsoft Word format will be emailed to you.
How long does it take to receive the completed form?
Generally only a minute or two.
Do I need Adobe Acrobat?
No! Additional software is not required to complete the forms.
Can I save my answers for later?
Yes! You can partially complete a form and then complete it at a later time. You can also make changes at any time.
If I change a figure do I need to re-calculate the totals?
No! All calculations are automatically done for you. You don't even need to click a button - they're updated dynamically.
I may need to complete a number of different forms. Do I need to re-enter my details in each one?
No! Details that are relevant to other forms automatically flow across.
I'm a lawyer. Can I store details on multiple matters?
Yes, soon! We're currently developing this capability.
Will the court accept these forms?
Our forms are provided by Informs.  Informs has been providing Family Court forms to legal professionals since 2000.  Of course, we cannot guarantee that the court will accept your completed form and require that you read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
